    itchy nips?

    so my nipples arent puffy but have been a little itchy all morning. im not sure if im being paranoid about getting gyno, but should i take some nolva just in case? and at what dosage?

    yes take nolva.. i use my nipples as nolva gauges:-)

    What are your running? what dose? I would def run nolva at 10/20mg ED and keep ldex/letro on hand.
