my first cycle will look like this.

week 1 - 8 400mg test e
week 1 - 8 20mg nolva ed

pct

week 10 - 11 ( 150mg clomid & 20mg nolva ed)
week 11 - 13 ( 100mg clomid & 20mg nolva ed)

my question is this: do i run the nolva between the last shot of test, and the start of my pct (week 8 - 10)? i have been researching the board but there doesnt seem to be any direct information on this? also any views on my cycle would be much appreciated.

i would run the test to at LEAST 10 weeks since its a long ester test.

also, just save the nolva and keep it on hand. you may not be gyno prone. 3 weeks of pct would suffice with this basic cycle as well

thanks for the replies lads. another thing though - im losing my hair due to mpb, its not too bad at the minute, but i know the steroids will speed it up. i wanted to ask about proscar. is it effective, and at what dosage should i use each day? also what sides i can expect with it.

you would do better with a 10 week cycle. the nolv only needs to be run at 10mg day with cycle and 20mg with pct.

Don't know much about Proscar.

But you have 2 choices here.

(1)Big and bald.

(2)Pencil neck with thinning hair.

Run Test for 12 - 16 weeks..

Run finasteride at 1mg per day
Increase your cycle length to 10-12 weeks and I would include some prop at the beginning for a jump start.
Start the finasteride about a month before the cycle as well.

thanks lads. i am a rugby player too - could i introduce a cutting drug into the cycle, say 30mg winstrol ed from week 6 to harden my physique up? i am aware winstrol is hard on the hair, but im hoping the finasteride can stop some of the effects.

If you want to use winny - run it the last 4 - 6 weeks of your cycle. I agree with everyone above - need to run the test for 12 weeks at least.

I'm on the same dosage right now and have enough to go 14 weeks. Running 10 mg nolva ed with it.

Finasteride wont help winny hair loss

Yes. That's the main thing that it is used for. But how much it will help depends on the person. Some people it will stop it completely, others it will still fall out a bit.
