Need help with training partner's competition cycle...
Ok, my training partner has a show in 12 weeks, and he hasnt cycled in four years but wants to hop back on the sauce for this one. He doesnt really know much about gear and is basiclally relying on my knowledge to help him out. And althoguh I know a good bit about gear, I have never done a comp. so i just want to verify some things. These are th ecompounds he has to work with...he does not want to use high doses!! : tren , eq, winny, test prop, anadrol
Here is what I was thinking:
wks1-4 50mg abombs/day
wks1-12 400mg EQ/wk
wks 1-8 test prop 100mg EOD
wks 5-12 tren 50mg ED
wks 6-12 50mg winny ED
and maybe come nolva at 20mg/day??? or l-dex? throughout the whole cycle (could he get away with not using an Anti-E since he will be dropping the test 4 weeks out?)
PCT of course
How does this look, I really need help guys thanks....

looks clean, but thats more of an average dosage cycle, not nexcessarily LOW.

Why are you running a 12 week cycle and stopping Prop usage after 8 weeks?

Its not my cycle......and the reason for dropping the prop four weeks out is b/c test is an aromatizing steroid and causes water retention therefore it shoudl be removed within sufficient time b4 the competition to make sure you can come in as dry as possible

Ok, I understand that
But surely he'd be better to run the prop to the end of the cycle
Especially as he's running Equipose and Tren aswell
Letro will stop water retention
Run it at 0.75-1.25mg EOD throughout cycle

THis is a national level show, and since the guy has not ran anythign in a long time, he is a little undersized, therefore needs to come in the best condition possible....water retention has to be non existent, he doesnt want to take any chances, if it was my comp. i woudlnt either.

Im also interested in the responses to this as I will be running my first competition cycle next year. I was thinking prop, winny and anavar . Ive never run tren and don't know if I want to experiment before a competition.
I've read elsewhere that you can run prop up to a couple of days before competition? When running a cycle during prep, do you run it right up to competition and hit PCT immediately afterwards? What if your planning multiple shows?
Anyone that competes with cycle experience, please add your input.

Prop gives minimal if any water retention at all
The Tren and Winny will do a good job also
Letro will stop the water retention
Letro stops around 97% of aromatisation
No aromatisation means no water retention

I honestly still get noticeable water retention myself on prop, even with letro....
Many of the competitiors i know and have talked to have also said to drop any test at least a couple weeks out

Maybe he should wait until next year when he is better educated and prepared. Just a thought.

The thing is, he maybe stopping the prop at week 8, eq after 12 weeks etc so he has worked out his timings for his competition but what about his PCT??? He doesnt want to be doing that before or during his competition, so does he intend starting that 2-3 weeks after the show when the EQ half life has gone?

When's he gonna run his PCT?
And how's it gonna line up?

I am glad you agree Ant, if I was entering a competition in 12 weeks, my cycle would have been thought out long long ago. This all seems a bit rushed and haphazard to me

VEry good point...He will probably throw the prop back in there after the show for 3 weeks until the EQ clears to start up PCT

I wouldn't run 2 17aa like that... you'll be taking them for 11 weeks out of that 12 week cycle. The drol is unecessary at the beginning as well since he's running prop which kicks in within a few days.

There really is no safe way to run a contest cycle given todays requirements of extreme muscularity, dryness and condition.

That's from personal choice. It's not necessary to go to the extreme and run harsh cycles to place well.
