About to start my 1st cycle...any suggestions?
I'm 5ft 6in tall and i way 185lbs with a range of 9-12% body fat. I'v been lifting for about 3 years and i was just wondering whaT would be a good beginner cycle for packing on a moderate amount of mass(10-15)lbs. Any help wpould be greatly appriciated...i plan to start in about 3-4weeks. Thanks

TESTOSTERONE !!!
WK 1-12 500 mgs wkly Test Enanthate (shots(250 mg)on Monday and Thurs)
10 mg ED of Nolv throughout cycle
L-dex .25 mgs throughout cycle
Proper PCT regiment.(Clomid/Nolv/l-dex)

i think 400mg would be enough but hey thats just me

Somewhere between 400-500mg weekly split into two shots weekly (mon and thurs). ldex and nolva throughout the cycle and proper pct. Keep your diet tight and training intense and you should grow like a weed on your first cycle.

Thanks for the input, A buddy of mine just got off a Test E and D-bol cycle on which he had great gains. Would that be two much for a first timer?
