My Cycle: Starting 1 week.
Sorry to put this up again, but I am unsure of something I need to get answered.
I am running a 10 week cycle of T-200 ( 400mg/week ) and
EQ ( 400mg/week )....I will be adding Winny in for weeks 8-13 @ 50/mg ED.
Should I be hitting up Cardio while on this cycle? Will that hidner my gains? I was thinking about hitting maybe 20 min of cardio 2 or 3 times/week.
I want to gain QUALITY muscle mass but have a LEAN/Rock Hard look.
What do you think?
Also, once again, What type of gains can be expected from this cycle?
What about Acne? Please help all advice GREATLY appreciated!!!!

if you looking to put on size i wouldnt do cardio,
just keep a clean diet and hit it hard and you will obtain a hard,solid shell.
on your next cycle you can incorperate some cardio,clean up your diet a little more and show off what you got.

never forget about cardio altogether. you want to keep your hear in check w/ all the sudden growth you body will go through.

I do not plan on doing any other cycle after this. At least not any time soon. I am running this cycle to put on quality mass, and obtain that HARD,Vascular, shredded look.
That is why I am not sure if I should be hitting cardio while on the cycle, so I put on size, and drop bf% to get shredded up and rock solid!

what are your stats and what %bf are you currently?

6'2, 195 lbs, around 13-14% BF.......
Looking to shred down to 9-10% BF and pack on some quality muscle.
Should gain around 20+ lbs from this if I'm correct?!?!?!?

13-14% is kind of average
if your looking to see some veins and look shredded you might want to drop it a few%.
cardio 20 min 2-3 days will help but it might sacrifice some of the 20 lbs you are looking for.
