What do people mean when they
say that you wont keep your gains? Like people say on a oral cycle, do they mean you wont keep gains in strength? how about mass? Cause that would suck for someone to do all that and just lose it lol.

its not that you lose everything its just a quick pump. When taking an oral such as d-bol you get strength and weight gains right away. The problem is easy come easy go. D-bol and many other quick bulking drugs put massive amounts of water in your system which increase your weight. As we all know weight moves weight (the fat guy that looks out of shape benching 405). When you stop taking the drug your water falls off and only a little muscle stays.

hmm...so your saying that the mass gain is from water, which will leave you when your off it, so your mass was only temporarly. But if it was like 10lbs of lean muscle. will it stay?

most of it can with proper PCT I would assume..

you wont get 10 pounds of lean muscle that quickly and easily. Lean muscle takes months to build.

there are differing reasons why people lose their gains when coming off of a cycle.
obviously, a well planned out cycle is more apt to create long-lasting gains than a dbol only cycle that was thrown together because somebody gave you some dbols to try.
secondly, proper PCT is a must for retaining your gains. when you come off, your natural testosterone production is low and you're no longer taking in the exogenous form of testosterone, so you're basically stuck with low test for a bit. pct helps move things back to normal more quickly. the faster you return to a normal level of test, the more likely you are to retain your gains.
thirdly, i'd say diet is key...whether or not you were dieting while on, you need to assume that diet can help -- if you start eating like crap b/c you're tired or depressed that you're not taking anything anymore...you're just going to amplify the problem. so make sure your diet is on point heading into PCT

another ?, why do you need to have an injectable to keep your gains??? is it becuase your liek injecting it directly into the muscles?

it's the form of AS that's being used. the common words of wisdom are to inlclude some form of testosterone in every cycle -- that's test prop, test enanthate , test cyp, etc. there is no adequate oral form of test. think of orals as an adjunct to your cycle that you're building upon the foundation of test.
