    will asperation cause soreness

    my glute is very sore , i think my girlfriend is over asperating the syringe. drawing way back. would this cause this .and how much is nessasary. i took shot fri. morning ,no soreness till sat.night now sun it is real sore , will heat or ice help it .i would like to get this corrected cause i could never hit my delts like this , 23 1.5 rig

    Just pull back a little, blood will draw very easy, if there is pressure(back pressure) and an air bubble pulls in your good to go.

    Yeah, just a little pull on the plunder will do it. If it is in a vein, then that's all it'll take to see blood.

    Don't use heat...stick with ice and some ibuprofen. This should help. I can't say whether or not this is from over aspirating, but if your g/f injected too quickly, that could be part of the reason for the added soreness.

    ok ,thanks she pulled back a full cc or more and also injecting quickly, im using ug sust. she just being to precautius , i go to my thighs next 2 weeks. hope to get this worked out i cant even sit down. 1st shot went away in a few days this was my second

    i was thinking while soaking my a** .the sust is real thick could you put the bottle in some warm water to warm it up and thin it out or is this a no no . im gonna stay with it , i can tell some strength gains and my apitiet is increasing . thanx

    Just try injecting a little slower and messaging the spot after. I also try to get blood flowing through the spot also. I will do a walk or jog on the treadmill after. This seemed to help me alot when I first started.

    If she moved the needle around too much it will make your ass sore. Also injecting in the same spot too often can cause problems. I like to rotate injection sites.
    • Medial glute
    • Outer quad
    • Pecs
    • Upper middle quad
    • Delts
