hinder gains I dont know about that. I dont think that it will hinder gains..maybe letro/adex/ldex will from decreasing bloat and water gain. That seems to aid in strength. Also, you wont be dropping all that water after your cycle so you dont have to worry about that excess 5-7lbs.

Let me make sure I have this right. Some people suggest taking 20mg ed while on the cycle and others suggest 10 mg ed.
I have plenty of 20 mg pills to last the cycle. So I am going to take 20 mg ed.
I am on my 5th week and starting to get sensitive nipples. So I think this would be best. Any ideas?

I believe in finding an effective dose for me, not ev one else, so start at 10 mg ed, if you get to feeling bloated or itchy nips go up to 20mg ed. Some guys need lots, others(myself included) can do fairly high test cycles with little or no anti e. So start low, and work your way up as needed. I don't need much but I always have enough to run 40mg ed of the cycle just in case.
