    what do you think my gains will be?

    i'm going to do my second cycle,my first was a jear ago.this is my cycle
    week1-4 60 mg t-boll
    week 1-9 400 primo
    week 4-12 250 test
    week 9-12 50 mg winny eod
    is this a good cutting cycle?i'm now at 11%
    what do you think my gains will be?
    i wanna go to 8% does anyone prefer a diet?
    i hope this cycle will make me fucking strong

    well...it's not a good cycle by any means.

    Test needs to be ran from week 1.

    I certainly think you can drop the tbol dose down.

    You're running the winny too short a time frame.I'd run it right up to PCT,which would be week 14 or 15 depending on the Test used.I'm guessing enanthate though.

    Personally,I'd drop the Primo from the cycle.Too many compounds IMO for a second cycle.

    What about your anti's and PCT?

    i'm new here and i don't know what you mean with anti's and pct? yes its test enanthate
    should i drop tboll till 50 mg a day, or less?
    is this a good cutting cycle?

    Holy Shit! You need some PCT with that man, go back to the main forum page and there is an entire forum dedcated to PCT, find it and read.

    PCT=Post cycle therapy , brings back your natural test levels to stabilize your hormone levels after cycle.

    You need to do more research. That is a horrible cycle, I agree with Pinnacle's suggestions.

    my max with bench is 85 kilo 6 times and with dumbells 38 kilo 6 times, don't know how mutch it is in lbs
    now i know what pct is, i'm going to take nolva. or should i take clomid?

    If you dont know what PCT is buddy then you wont know what "ability to keep gains" is all about either.
    I'm sure you're excited to jump into your cycle as we usually all are. But take some good advice and take a step back and read up on some info. It's always easy to post your cycle and have people comment on it and exchange some items. But read up on a little more and you'll know what will make this a better cycle. Just search through some threads and repost your cycle in the near future.
    As far as giving you advice on your cycle we can all do that. Its always better when you read and know what you are doing is correct. PCT is the savior of gains!!!

    That's 231.4 lbs for us Americans. Not to pick on you dirty, but I think you could do far better by working out longer and if strength is all you want, then make sure you are doing a powerlifitng oriented workout.

    I wish I knew about forums as this when I started cycling. Take advantage of it b/c you have access to alot of info. Score some posts while you learn and you could hook up w/ some good people as I have.


    If I knew about this site my first cycle wouldnt have been 300 D-bols

    300 dboll, that's a lot of dboll,i don't take dboll. a friend of mine his first cycle was a dboll only cycle, he did 30 mg a day for 5 weeks.he gaind about 15 lbs but after his cycle he got sick for a week and lost everything.i don't do only oral cycles, you don't gain enough.
