Well if you're taking 2 shots a week for 10 weeks then you obviously need 20 pins.
As shortie said 25g 1", I prefer the 23g 1.5" in the glutes. Dont like to sit there too long w/ the 25 waiting..

I will be buying combo just need to know what size CC syringe. and you guys think 23 gauge 1"or1.5" for glutes. I can buy 25 combo needle/syringe for less then 8.00. will I need a seperate needle for extraction?

If you are shooting just in your glutes. Then use a 22/23 gauge 1.5". I prefer the 23g.
Use a 18gauge 1.5" tip to draw. Makes the process fly by much quicker.

What CC syringe??? Most of the ones I see make 3cc syringes. I'm assuming you're doing 250mgs twice a week. So you only need enough room to hold 1cc.

when you pierce the vial to draw up the gear, you make the needle more dull; also, most needles (BD for sure) have a silica coating on them which helps them glide into you instead of grinding into you; this silica coating is partially removed by piercing the vial. What I recommend is using 20 guage to draw up the drug, then draw all of the drug out of the needle completelely and into the barrel, then replace the 20g with a 25g and remove all air from the barrel and needle and you're ready to go; don't forget to aspirate , and if you're having troubles getting the test out of the syringe and into your muscle, try heating it up. Don't put it in the microwave, but you can let the vial sit in 1 inch of hot water for a few minutes until the viscosity has gone down. Also, never reuse needles. Check out this graphic

Those are some good upclose pics. Good advice on the drawing. That's exactly what I said except I prefer the 18. Not much of a diff between the 2 though.
