    wat shud be the Bf% if u want to go on AAS?

    hey guys...im jus wandring that wat shud be the right BF% for goin on AAS
    i try couple of methods like the bf calculator from internt and they all give diff values...so any1 know wat shud be rght method t find out wat range u fall in
    as like im around 6'1-6'2, 206pounds.waiste size 34inch..some of those methods give me 15% where as other give around 18-21%
    any1 know wats the rite %?

    i think 15% is about the norm.
    i went on at about 18-20% and was satisfied

    i don't know who originally came up with 15% though

    15 is a good number to follow...remember that the more bodyfat you have, the greater chance of having estrogen related side effects

    yea ...dats wat i was told but im not sure wats my BF is as every method give me different numbers... guys,may i ask how u calculate or measure ur BF sothat i dont have any doubt or as y stats r up there, according to u wats my BF% is?

    Ive started with 14%, but then again Ive been lucky not to go over

    my gym does caliper tests.
    the best way is a hydo test.
    check your gym, Im sure they have a person there to do it. and cheap
