need help
im 21 and just started. i need to know how many ml's of d bol a week i need to take and if i should use winstrol or what with the d bol.

should you be asking this before you start? what exactly did you start and what kind of cycles have you previously done? also i wouldn't recommend dbol & winni in the same cycle.....

I would stop now. Do a little more research. And start again when you know what to do.

bro you need to do lots of research. Are you taking dbol alone? You should be taking test with it. Do you know what PCT is? How much dbol are you taking daily? Are you taking an anti e with it or not? You should know these things and lots more before jumping into the dark side.
personally, i think youre still too young at 21 to take gear. If you cant gain naturally at your age, youre doing something wrong. Besides if you cant gain naturally from diet and training, how do you expect to keep any gains from AAS?

for a first cycle i would recommend test enanthate @ 500mg EW for 10-12 weeks, using the dbol to kickstart it (30mg ED) for the first 4 weeks until the test kicks in...with nolva and proper PCT...

you should not take dbol on its own mate,you will blow up like my mate stockys blow up dolls and when you finish you will lose most if not all of it.
