From what I read, AR-R 's liquid nolva has a shelf life of two years.

IMO all those liquid products are garbage. I have used liquid Letro and Nolva from several different sites and none of them did anything to help combat my gyno, in fact my gyno got worse even with the Nolva at 60-80mg a day. Then I found a source a while back where I can get Letro and Nolva tabs and I can really notice a difference. The Letro over the course of about 2 months made the swelling and sensitivity in my nipples go down dramatically. I also got some Nolva for a buddy and he couldnt believe how dry it kept him. If you ask me I just dont think they are legit. Tabs may be more money but they work the best and its also alot easier to take a tab versus swallow some chemical tasting garbage. This is just my opinion.
