    steroid newby

    never taken steroids before bought some MiT from underground labs...any 1 heard of them... any info please..

    i thnk u mean M1T...i think u need to research a little more as it shouldnt be used on its own, it is also seriously harsh for sides,what are ur stats?

    i have no experience with steroids ... a friend gave it me... it is m1t. ive just started back at gym.. i'm a dancer lookin to gain a bit of mass i'm 5ft 10 weighieng a measly 11 stone want to be bout 13 of cut muscle.

    i thnk you should just eat more, cruise over to the diet forum and look at the bulking thread...no need for the m1t. i dont think you should use it, if your diet isnt up to scratch you wont gain anything while using it anyway and you will probably gain the same as you would on it, if you started eating more.

    If you want to get upto 13 stone and be cut that means you will have to gain 28lbs of muscle............this could take some time so dont expect results overnight my friend. Diet is THE most important factor in bodybuilding pure and simple. Train hard, Eat big and sensible and be patient. Eventually you will find out what works and what doesnt work for your body. My advice is learn as much as you can about EVERYTHING and out that knowledge into practice. About the M1T.........flog it off to someone else and spend the money on a nice tub of weight gainer or sumthing.
