    Freaky Pec Cramp

    On Fina/Prop ..love it but man I don't miss the Charlie Horses and cramps.


    Happened once before and again tonight.
    Did a set of push ups befofe the night out, and went to the mirror flexed and my right pec cramped, tigthened up and saw the pec muscle "bunch up" like it seperated across horizontally ( like 2 halves ), streched my arm over my head and went away. But did it a couple of more times until the cramp went away completely and it has been ok since.

    Scared the heck outta me?

    WTF happened?

    Anyone know?

    that happens to me sometimes but when i flex my bi's. usually if i flex harder than what i put out to warm up the muscle it will happen.

    Dude! I have the same problem. Do enyone know a supplement, vit or something thats we can take to stop having these cramps? 2 week ago I started my first winstrol cycle (25mg/am 25mg/pm for 5weeks) I have painfull cramp every day...

    Hey! dude since I stoped taking creatine I have no more cramp....

    Cramps suck, I get them everytime when I use equipoise , in all different areas. Try getting one of those in your abs. Drop you to the floor and makes it real hard to breathe.

    yeah ive had that before, luckily it was at home so i didnt look that stupid, folded me right over. had the pec thing too, i was very fascinated by it. was afew years ago, but, after a pec workout if i flex them hard enough it can happen easily then

    Just an FYI. I have found a while back that potassium helps a lot. I just eat bananas every other day, helps lessen chances of cramps.
