flex or relaxe?
when i inject steroids into the muscle, shall i flex the muscle it's beeing injected into? i mean, the quads is ok, there i don't need to flex anything to inject, but in other areas like the bicep, if i don't flex it, it is probably not hard enough for the syringe to penetrate the skin safely... and i can't be sure that i inject into the right place...

Why would you ever want to tighten up the muscle prior to injection???? If and when you ever got a shot in your shoulder at the doctor. Did they ask you to raise your shoulder to tighten up the muscle? No way, just inject when relaxed and make sure you know what you're doing before you inject anything.
