What happens once test is converted....?

what happens once test is converted to either DHT or to estrogen if you are taking dutasteride which blocks the conversion totally to DHT; and when you are taking something like arimidex or letro which eliminate the conversion to estrogen? what does it convert to then? does this completely eliminate estrogen side effects and DHT sides like hairloss?

    Excretion

About 90% of a dose of testosterone given intramuscularly is excreted in the urine as glucuronic and sulfuric acid conjugates of testosterone and its metabolites; about 6% of a dose is excreted in the feces, mostly in the unconjugated form. Inactivation of testosterone occurs primarily in the liver.
