So i decided to do sust and winstrol together for my next cycle .. can anyone tell me how much i should run of each thank you .

i would buy 20 sustanon and 20 zambons( or whatever brand you want).
i would run 1 gram the first week and 750mg for the next 7. i would start a zambon every other day for the last 6 weeks. it's a short cycle, but i've read up on it and i would definately give this one a try. this is one my ideas for next lean bulker.

I was thinking of running this on the cycle after next. i personally would run 250 mgs of sus eod, with 100 mgs of winstrol depot eod, and 100 mgs of winstrol tabs on the days i dont shoot the winstrol depot. kick start that with some anadrol , and you're talking some serious gains.

how long you been trainin?
how many cycles have you ran and at wat dosages have you ran them?

you cant quote cycles or dosages if you dont know the guys history with gear, this will help in advicing the correct dose, you dont want to start higher than you have to,when your a newbi you dont have to use alot of gear, diet,training and rest are the most important things,
