    started bulker today

    it was a tough 5 months off. right at the end of that time i started to notice the most weight and size loss. my favorite jeans which were nice and tight around the thighs and waste are much more lose then they used to be!! so today was my first day of my 13 week bulker. my goals are to gains some great size so that i can actually keep it and cut it up in the summer. i have to focus more on my food intake and training time. i think thats where i messed up a bit last time. well here is the layout

    liquid dbol by denkall 25mgs/day weeks 1-4
    qv deca 450mgs/week weeks 1-12
    denkall t400 600mgs/week weeks 1-13
    cutting with b12 .5cc/ed
    b6 200mgs day
    pct
    may finish up the cycle with prop for 4 weeks at the end but probably not.

    sounds like a good bulker to me, but you may as well run something at the end till the T400 clears. have fun with that, keep us posted.

    Looks good, but why the Deca at 450mg? Just curious.

    And I assume that your liquid dbol is 1ml = 25mg? That's what mine is also.

    reason for the 450 on the deca is that it is easiest way to measure out in the syringe. i originally wanted to go with 400. i got qvs deca 300. so if i broke it into 2 days to inject 400mgs it would be .66 in the syringe. by going to .75 it would bring it up to 225x2 a week. got it?
