Do you think I'll gain my 15lbs and keep it with just the test e. I keep my diet in check. was working out 6 days a week but some guys on this site said thats to much so I've backed off to 4 days.

ur body need rest 2 grow train only 4 days & with a good diet u can gain ur desired weight easily

Thanks bro can't wait to start but want to do a little more research this is a lot to digest don't want to screw something up. this site is great would be lost without it!!!

just do test 500 mg a week. you dont need to run nolva the whole cycle just have it on hand. To keep your gains is all dependant on your PCT and diet and working intensity. And for pct you really dont need both, one or the other will work fine.

What does pct actually do I know its important but what does it do. Some of my friends have been juiceing for a coulple years and have gotten bigger but not that much they don't use pct I told them about it today but they know everything
