    Short cycle

Gday, hoping you experts here can give me some advice.

I'm 26 and looking at doing my first cycle, been training for 10 years and as you older blokes know that recovery and intensity lacks as you get older. I'm not a bodybuilder by any means. Crossfit and high intensity runs max 5km, looking for something to go from a high level to "animal"

Was just looking at a simple cycle to start with, test e but my job is the biggest problem, I go away alot so have to keep the cycle to six weeks.

Is this logical? Can it be done with good results as I'm not looking for hypertrophy but speed, strength and endurance?

Not with Test E, not at 6 weeks anyways.

    What are your current stats?

No way to short. Would be a complete waste of test IMO

Thanks for the advice, any suggestions you could make for a six week cycle? Not limiting myself to six weeks but I would like to do it properly without any interruptions. I'm 173cm and 80.8kg

    This is me currently.

As said 6 weeks is to short, you really need MINIMUM 8 but 10-12 is better.

You have a good solid base and should see some good results if you follow the proper protocol, diet (food intake) exercise routine, diet, cycle, diet and PCT.

Diet is a HUGE part of gaining any size.

    Thanks for the reply.

I'm not after size although in some areas would be nice, looking for more power, strength and endurance.
