Proper Dosage for Test E & Winny

Looking to start a new cycle with Test E and Winny but need a little help with the proper dosage i should be taking a week for each. im 6'2 228 and already got my pct of Nolva, Clomid and Hcg ready for post, but im pretty new starting the Cycle with winny and test e. Thanks

im 24 and an athlete so im in the offseason. Bf% i havent checked in a while. im in decent shape but wanting to to get stronger and trim down and rip quite a bit. goals are pretty much wanting to see results and gain a bit from it

yea this will be my first cycle. I mean i got options of what to choose form but narrowed down to Test E and winny. I think a few others i know have done it but was wondering what dosage or maybe if there was better eyes maybe not winny v or something else..? i wanna get stronger and lean muscle as well as the size.

Stick to just test E for your first cycle. You're going to make good gains on it if your diet is where it needs to be.
