Is Test Enanthate E3/d a waste?

I have QV Test Enantat 250. Is injecting every 3 days a waste? I've searched for halflives but just want confirmation wheather it is or not.

You'll keep your blood levels stable doing 2 shots weekly. Is it positively, absolutely necessary?..NO

Well I actually end up injecting 3 times a week. For example, my first shot was Monday, then the second shot was Thursday, and the third was Sunday. That is every 3 days, all within one week. I'll do another injection this coming Wednesday, then Saturday... and so on. I'm also pushing about 300 MG each time. I believe I am Testosterone deficient, not that I had a blood test or anything. It's hard to admit but sometimes I act girly, get girly moods, get jealous over stupid things. I don't like sports and I'm not as sexually active as my girl would like. I also have female type fat deposits, including the "pooch" that girls mostly get, you know, the lower abdominal fat below the naval.

I don't have much spot fat elsewhere like I do the "pooch", but I know my bf% isn't very low. I'm far from obese though...in fact here's a few pics taken in November well before I started my first ever debut to AAS:

My stomach usually gets pushed out when doing hammer curls during my attempts to keep my back straight. I don't want to turn this thread into a critique, just don't want to hear "man you sound like you shouldn't be doing AAS because what you sound like you are describing is too high %BF for it".

With that in mind, as well as the profile info:
"Very often users will shoot this drug once or twice a week, but blood
levels are still above baseline with this drug at around day eight
    (16)."

Would it make sense to go with one shot a week and increase if necessary?

I don't think it would be a waste. You would have a more stable blood stream, plus more test in the system.

somebody post the link to the calculators that determine blood levels based on ester. thats an easy way to determine not only how much to inject per week, but how to frontload too. i believe truman used them extensively but i havent seem him around lately...
