    how much bloat?

    i know everyone is different so an exact figure is impossible but what should i expect with 500mg aweek test plus 10-20mg nolva,are we talking a few pounds or staypuffed?

    You answered your own question.

    I wish I could help but I"m the type that can run a gram a week of Test and not bloat one bit. Others gain 20lbs. on their first cycle with 2/3rds of that being water.
