I think it depends on what you are running, my advice is LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!

Just fight through it. Make sure you keep eating even if yu can't. Nutrition is very important in fighting this off. Take a good multi vitamin and some vitmin c (Preferably ascorbic acid powder)

I would guess prop is what you are running? I had the same thing happen, and it went away a little after a week....search "test flu"

It might be the prop. I get really bad test flu when I run prop so I am guessing you might be the same way.

I know the flu symptons are a result of your body releasing natural antihistomines to fight off the new "foreign' substance it has detected. Your body will adapt to the juice, if the symptoms are TOO strong, lower the dosage until your body gets used to it.

I had test flu for a week and was very pissed off... Kept bulking and taking vitamins, etc. and one week later I'm as good as new! Maybe take a few days off from the gym and let your immune system build up because working out really hammers it but keep eating and everything else and it should dissapear.
