Specifics on dosages

Ok, this is a noob question and i apologize, but i've searched the forums already for the answer, however i haven't found anything.
What i need to kno is. For example, Test E's recommended dosage is 300-500 mg/week.. does that mean.. one injection for the week, or is it broken up into several times a week that totals 300-500 mg?? Secondly is there a proper time to inject? like around dinner, sleep, empty stomach, etc. Any help would be very appreciated. thanks

i was instructed for a mass cycle for example to inject at 7 on mon morning and 7 in the evening on thurs.... the whole blood level thing.. and keeping it active

It doesn't have to be that exact, the half-life isn't a few days. Just shoot it sometime Mon and sometime on Thurs and you'll be good. You could even go with once a week, but I find twice/wk keeps sides down a bit (water retention, acne, etc..)

Enanthates active life is 14 days. Whilst Cypionates is 16 days.

It all depends on what compound your running. The ester attached to the AS should determine the injectiong frequency.

Test Enan/Cyp = 2x per week
Deca /EQ = 2x per week
Sust = 2x per week, EOD, or better ED.
Test Prop/Tren A = EOD, or better ED
Test Susp = 2x per day, or better 3x.
