    Strength w/ Dbol

    I just started my Thai Dbol cycle 2 days ago. I'm not expecting any immediate results but, later on in my workout routines what kind of exerciese do i need to incorporate while taking dbol? Are there any general movements that dbol might tend to favor? I'm looking to build, strength and size.

    just lift buddy. keep your workout to bulk of course. i really don't understand this question. juice helps to get you bigger / faster / stronger......

    Yea, all i'm doin is dbol . The question really isnt straight forward. Does usage tend to help major muscle groups or a little bit of both (major and minor) I dont' have the time to do a full body building routine. I have a 4 day lifting schedule. MT TF but I get hard work in? What do i need to concentrate on the most?

    There isnt once muscle you shoule train..Get a routine, stick to it..If you are on gear it should help you in gains, But as I am sure every one is going to tell you (extect kaz) d-bol only isnt a good idea..I hope you have done some research and know the it is a 17aa (d-bol) wich mean that I would not do it any longer that 4 weeks.

    I'm only on it for 4 weeks then i'm going to end it with some clomid

    you should tell us your dosage, and if you wanna obtain better results you gotta through in something else like test/deca /dbol .

    yup how many tabs a day. Dbol by itself will get you sooped and once your off it, your will loos some of most of yout gains.... do more research, and just stick to your normal workouts
