Pct
It's been awhile since I ran a pct and am pretty nerovus. I start thursday with hcg and am wondering, with a CLEAN bulking diet, is fat gain inevitable during pct? Do you tend to lose hardness, leaness? Or is it possible to continue to make gains? I am sitting about 7% and don't want to lose definition. What are your thoughts on pct and growth?

If you do your PCT properly you shouldnt gain more fat. I have a hard time here cause on PCT i crave all sorts of carbs. Its all in self control and keeping a good PCT and keep training hard. What are you runing for PCT? Just HCG ?

DO some people harden up? What were your experiences and what is the key? If bulking cleanly, is it just a matter of keeping estrogen down with armidex or the like? HCG , clomid and nolva.....
