hey guys jsut a quick question. you you just swollow your ventipulmin clen or leave it under your tounge for awhile? how do you store it? thanks

i just swallow mine.
it sits on my bathroom counter or in the medicne cabinet above it

i'm using 3 pumps a day right now

just swallow it man it dont even taste bad either,as far as 3 pumps a day u got to be like 270 to 300 lbs for that kind of dose
one pump before work out will do u just fine

I have never gone over 2 pumps...I always personally try my best to keep the dosages down. 2 pumps seems to work good for me. As for your question. I just gulp it down and then case it with 1/2 litre of water min.

i took 1 pump of ventipulmin today, i so far feel NOTHING, it was a small amount,.it was my first time and was told to start small, my pump thing didnt work so i poured a like 3x pea sized amount and licked it. i felt like a horse hahaha..but i dont feel anything? wtf. if anything im still relaxed, not sweaty, or energetic at all.
