    Hey Mate..

    I dont know a heap about it.. so this is a bump to guys that do..

    But from my Knowledge it is a derivative of morphine, So its like a Pain killer, apparently very effective, but also quite addictive, so its not really somthing you want to be mucking around with..

    Other Bro's might be able to help more though
