Cranberry Concentrate for kidneys

I will be doing 75mg Fina and 50mg Winny ED. I will be using 1000mg Milk Thistle ED. I want to get something in there for the kidneys but can't stand the taste of Cranberry juice. Will the Cranberry Concentrate work for this? They have 140mg of Cranberry Concentrate per cap. I will also be drinking at least 1.5 gal of water ED.

Anyone suggest using ALA over the Milk Thistle?

Cranberry extract pills will work fine.

i didn't pick them up, but when i was buying ala, MT, and cranberry extract i saw in the health store they have caps of MT w\cranberry extract combined.

what about cranberry juice, i drink alot of that everyday...does that help aid the kidneys?

Thanks guys, I will be picking some up this afternoon along with some MT. I plan to start my cycle Sunday. Here's a pic I took this morning of my goods(minus Clomid and protectants). Isn't it beautiful?
