    Question Gyno and Zinc???

    Ok, I know that gyno is hard/impossible to reverse...2 questions, please help...

    1) Rumor has it that buying just a simple cheap bottle of zinc may help with gyno. How many mg's should one take daily?

    2) Can you take chlomid/nova even if you haven't done a cycle in 2 years and currently not on a cycle?

    Any input would be GREATLY appreciated. THANKS!!!
