Thread: D.bol Question

It is my understanding that the half life or life or whatver of DBOL is about 3.5 to 4 hours long after ingested. To maxamize its use , you would obviouslly work out in that window. If I was to add DBOL into my cycle for the first 4 weeks, would I only use it on the days I worked out, or would i use it everyday? Would it be pointless to take on offdays?
This seems like a pretty standard cycle to me. I just need opinions of Dbol usage.
weeks 1-4 Dbol
weeks 1-12 500mgs Sust
weeks 1-12 350 mgs EQ
weeks 9-12 50mgs winny Daily

You have to keep your levels up so take it everyday, every 4-6 hours.

if you stop taking the tabs then they will go out of your system. it's better to keep a continiuos level in your body at all times. that means on your days off also...how many cycles have you done?..Madmax

Yes, dbol only works when it stays in your system and ou are getting stable blood levels. You should spread your dbol out if possible. That is why I prefer the tabs over the Reforit B liquid. HOwever, you still can break the reforit B liquid up as well. Dbol does have a short half life, and I try to workout within about an hour of ingesting my dbol, really really gives you a hell of a pump just before you workouts.
