    Unhappy Help!help!help!

    hey plz i need ur help! i been training for 2 years now and had never experienced seroids in my body.i have a problem with my biceps.the right is 42.5cm and the left is 40cm i tried 2 work several dumbell forms but useless.pls tell me what kind of injection should i make for my left biceps 2 make it bigger. thanks

    I think everyone has one muscle that is bigger than the other due to the fact we are all either r-handed or left.Perform excercises that isolate the left from the right.This should help stimulate growth in the left.Nect time you cycle you could try using site injections in the bicep,this may help to stretch the muscle fascia and help with growth.Some people say it works others don't it is a matter of trial and error

    You probably already know this, but just in case... When you perform your dumbbell exercises, start out with the smaller arm. Only work the larger arm with the same reps and weight that you used on the smaller arm.
