My ? is this...If you are of a high bf%..say between 16 to 19%, and you were going to do a cycle would it be safe to say if you consumed 3000-3500 calories a day would you lose fat or would you hinder gains? Seeing as fat is stored energy wouldnt your body consume the calories you take in and then consume the stores of energy? Or would your body attack your lean body mass at the same time?
