Can you guys check this out and give me some feed back, esp if youve done a the same cycle or close to it,
by the way its my first cycle!!!!

BF%:around 9 to 10
training:6 years
goal: 20 pounds of lean muscle, cut some body fat down to around 8%
Cycle:
Deca -800mg..EW/WK-1
600mg..EW/wk-2
400mg..EW/wk3-12
test prop-100mg..EOD/wk9-14
Arimidex /liquidex-.5..EOD/wk 7-14
novadex on hand-40mg..ED/ ehough for 4 weeks
intake:
around 175 gram of protein
Supps:
not sure about milk thistle (yes or no?)
Milk muscle befor bed
Isopure right after my work out
1 Detour bar snack a day
gult 20 grams a day
Xenadrine for about 5 weeks to lose some more fat, dunno when im throwin it in tho
Trainingwarm up wiht 5 min of running every day)
monday-chest,back,calfs
tuesday-cardio,abs (cardio 20MIn)
wednesday-bis, tries, forearms
thursday-legs, abs, lil lowerback
friday-sholders
saterday-off
sunday-kick boxing, yoga, or some spining

bro ur cycle is horrible ,thought very poorly !have u even reserched this ?thsi no nne tpaer bro u run at a constant amount throughpout,the goal is for steady constant blood levels.why are u runnin prop at thee nd liek that >if anythin it should be up front to kick start things aswell .and u wouldnt want deca dick would you ?i hooe thats not ur diet ,id so thats suck aswell ,ur diet is gonan mke u or brake u ,175 gr of protein >>get real bro 2 grams per body weigt,cals 4000 -4500,i can tell u right now theres no way ur putting on a 20 lbs .oh and ur rtaining plits arent very good ether ,u know u should concentere on getting ur deit and training down first then ,gear .anyway

I agree with Big-N completely except if this is your first cycle I would not run prop. Try some good old cyp or some t200. bottom line bro is do some more research cause this is very serious.

not trying to flame but i didn't really see anything about
your whole plan that looks good.
If I were you i would spend the next month researching
1. first cycles
2. work out splits
3. daily nutrition
