    Talking Cutting wit EQ

    OKay here is what im doing. I am 5'10 197lbs approx 14-16% Bf
    here is what i am planning on doing and advice or critique would be helpful.

    week1-7: 350mg EQ
    weeks 1-2, 5-6: clen 2,2,3,4,5,6,6 2nd week 6,6,6,6,6,6,6
    weeks 3-4, 7: Xenadrine to bridge the clen

    I am trying to cut up and get around 6-8% Bf and try and add 5-10lbs of muscle is this gooing to do it for me?

    Possibly. The trick here is to eat enough calories to get the EQ going, but still eat clean enough to drop the fat.

    The clen and xenadrine with keep your metabolic rate up and the EQ will make you hard. By week 4-5 the EQ will also start making you hungry, so that may influence your eating habits.

    Also, with the first part of the clen cycle, you should get a good metric of how your body deals with it, which should influence your second part of the clen cycle.

    The key, as always will be diet, and the amount of cardio given...I think EQ is a great choice for cutting, and or bulking, depending on the diet and what the goals are from the beginning....

    Eat clean, bust your ass and the fat will fall, the results will come...

    With the small amount opf Eq you are going to take the weight that you want to put on will be very possible with a good diet to shred like you want youll be good with that cycle as long as you have a good diet

    just eq?
    its gonna take about 4-5 weeks just to kick in.eq is good for vascularity because of its ability to increase RBC just like anadrol . you'd be better off running tren with some prop if your only using for that short a time

    To lose 8-10% BF, is going to takes months of hard cardio training, either way you look at it. You could do it, by fasting a little, but your not going to gain any muscle either. Might even lose a little.
