    Anti-E's: Do they inhibit gains?

I've read yes and no on many many boards. I was wondering what you guys have to say about this. From what I understand the people who say that they don't lessen your gains give the reson that you hold less water. Any other bits of info?

I've used anti-e's for the first time this year. I'll always have them on hand while dieting from now on. The Nolva has totally changed how the fat is coming off of me.

People claim that they have less bloat with anti-E's but i canot find anything to actually prove it but as far as hindering your gains don't believe it because it wouldn't make enough of a difference to hinder any gains.

theres a lot of debate on nolva hindering your gains while using it throughout a cycle. I'll try and dig up some of the threads and post em here.

It has been postulated that by inhibiting too much estrogen, you also inhibit certain growth factors which estrogen is responsible for stimulating, ie. IGF-I etc. So in theory, you could inhibit some gains, but you also inhibit estrogen related bloat, which by some people is considered "gains". It's known that some amount of estrogen is needed for best gains, but knowing where to draw that line seems controversial.
