    Upcoming cycle. Any inputs welcomed!

    Stats
    26yo
    Height: 1.73m
    Weight: 75kg
    BF: 12%

    Week 1-12: Test E 500mg/wk
    Week 1-10: Deca 300mg/wk
    Week 1-6: Dbol 50mg/ed

    AI: Letrozole 0.25mg/eod (had gyno the previous cycle)

    I'm considering Tren E week 6-12, 50mg/eod. Any advice on this?

    Looking for lean gains this cycle

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    What other cycles have you had? Wow your a small lad. You got hcg ?

    Yea. Sadly Asian.. Haha.

    Haven't had any experience with hcg . And I can't get my hands on it

    Well from the sounds of it you should just use the test at 500mg a week for 12 weeks

    Two other cycles prior to this.

    First cycle: Test E 300mg/wk

    Second cycle: Test E 300mg/wk, Deca 250mg/wk and Anadrol .
    Had good gains except for some bloating issues

    Dont use the deca or the tren . Just eat alot of good food bra.

    Can you list your daily diet, you are extremely light, Asian is no excuse, for someone who has done 2 cycles already.

    Previous one was Clomid only. 100/100/50/50

    Gonna do Nolva 40/40/20/20 for this cycle

    My diet was somewhat like the sticky by gbrice75. (Typical WO day sample diet)
    Except that the carbs per meal was approx 15-20g lesser

    And, non-WO days, carbs were only about 30g per meal

    I know I'm still tiny. I got up to this from 50kg.. Still trying hard to increase in overall mass.

    As euroholic suggest, run test only if you have to run anything at all.

    How many calories are you eating? I don't want to traipse back an forth to a sticky. And what macro split?

    When did your last PCT end?

    Actually, why don't you just hold off and try and reverse your gyne before you jump on another cycle, the letro will hurt your gains and isn't guaranteed to not make it worse.

    Noted. Probably gonna go back Test only after reversing this issue

    As of now, the gyno issue is really mild. How would you suggest i go about reversing it? Is letro alone sufficient?

    I had surgery 3 weeks ago worked a treat for me

    you really do not need deca or tren . I would suggest that you don't run anything and focus on food intake and training.
