goood or bad gains?????????
i've gained 9 lbs in 7weeks on test ent 750mgs, 400mgs eq, and 30 mgs of d-ball for the first 4 weeks.........is this good or bad???????

Doesn't sound too good to me.
You should have gained 5-8lbs from the d-bol alone.

i've checked the web site for qv and all the lot numbers match, holograms have dots when peeled off, rounded labels....might diet does suck i haven't really done anything different from the rest of the year except cut out fast food and late night snacks......HELP

breakfast: ensure, coffee
lunch: chicken, veg, carb
pre workout snack:PBJ on whole wheat
post workout: shake
dinner: chicken or steak veg, carb
late night snack:what ever

where's the 1.5gprotein/lb of body weight? you should be eating a tonne of cals (at least 3500 in my case)? you obviously need to evaluate your diet. get a good quality protein shake, eat a lot more at breakfast, and eat 6-7 meals/day...

it could be but also you should be around 4000cals a day eat lots of wieght gainers and pasta. eat like a horse and train like one"best quote i have heard"

and im running 50mg dbol and 750 mg test.....
Your a little ways behind, because i still got 8 weeks of test which is just kicking in now.....

at your height and weight, I think you'd need 2700-3000 cals on cycle. What you posted is extremely low and that brings no suprise to your gains.
You need 6-8 MEALS. Forget about snacks

if i increase my protein i should get better gains, i just don't want to put on fat weight by increasing the calories to much. its hard for me to eat 6 meals aday i work in an office.

Take a cooler to work.
Gradually increase your cals over a period of time and monitor your BF%. You can then cut back on the food if fat gain becomes a problem or you can controll fat gain with cardio

protein is a step in the right direction, but you need calories to grow. when you're not getting enough calories in your diet, you body looks elsewhere to fuel it's current need (ie fat stores and MUSCLE).
when you are on a cycle, you need to supply calories to grow. period. if you build up a little fat, clen , eca, or an nyc stack, whichever you prefer will help you shed the cushion.
if you are more concerned about fat gain/loss, take pheedo's advice
imo you should have chosen to wait until you're ready to commit to this properly, you're way off the map on your diet. you should have done more reasearch.
start eating right and try to salvage what's left of your cycle.

eca is ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin like stacker 3 and the nyc is alot alike but all natural. get to allsportnutrition.com and take a look around.

so how are the ballet classes going LOL. with that diet you cant be tryin to get huge! eat brotha no matter what you eat you will still have some water from the dbol so you wont have an extremely ripped look!
