Input on my 2nd cycle

Looking for some advice. This is my second cycle. I'm 51, 175, 14.3% BF.
First cycle was:
Test C - 500mg 12 weeks
Dbol - 25mg ED 6 weeks
PCT
Nolva 40mg ED 2weeks
20mg ED 2weeks
I gained about 20lbs and experienced very good muscle gain, which has been a struggle at my age. I've been able to maintain most of my gains, it's been about 10weeks now. Libido seems a little lower but okay.

I'm about ready to do my 2nd cycle and seeking input. Here is what I have in mind:
Test E - 600mg 14weeks
Deca - 400mg 14weeks
Dbol - 25mg ED First 6 weeks
Arimidex - .25mg ED 12weeks

For my PCT
HCG - 500ic ED First 1 1/2weeks
Starting 2 weeks after cycle
Clomid - 50mg ED 6weeks
Nolva - 40mg ED 2weeks
20mg ED 2weeks

I'm looking for input. I hope to start in a couple of weeks. But lost my old source and now locating a new one.


Any input you can provide on this cycle would be helpful.

You need to wait longer.
Time on + pct = time off (minimal) for body to recover.
The extra time now you have should be spent researching because your first cycle was off.
Have you gotten blood work?
Basic pct is nolva and clomid tapering down nolva@ 40/40/20/20 and clomid 75/50/25/25 per week
Hcg is used on cycle
Ai-arimidex is used full length of cycle
Congrats on your gains but I would save the deca till you get another cycle under your belt.
Run test with 4 week oral kick start for 12 weeks after you take you full time off.

So run the Adex thru PCT too?
I did have blood work before my last cycle but have not it yet before this cycle.
I understand with my first cycle PCT was not optimized but it came off this website's beginner cycles. I have read a lot since and would have adjusted.
I have read both ways tapering the clomid. This one is confusing to me.

Your HCG belongs in the cycle 250iu 2x a week.
Nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 75/50/25/25 for pct
on a test only or test/dbol . If you add other injectable a in the future I would increase the clomid values slightly in weeks 2-4.
