    My First Cycle :)

    Hey guys I will be running a Testesterone Enthate cycle shortly and would really appreciate some of you experienced users feedback, and Yes! this will be my first cycle

    I am 6'0 220lbs 13% BF
    I will be running Test E 600mg a week / Injection 2x per week (300mg Mon - 300mg Thurs)
    Im looking to build mass as much mass as I can while loosing some more body fat

    Diet will be on key 150g Carbs everyday /250-300g protein everyday

    I have both Clomid and Nolvadex for my PCT


    Tell me what you think, all suggestions welcomed! Thanks

    How about your AI and hcg ? Carbs look s little on the light side for bulking.

    I'd up the protien on cycle. Definitely get an AI and HCG .

    your protein looks good but your carbs look low. Check out the diet section..... You can find a formula to calculate your TDEE and add in your 300 to 500 extra calories. Hcg at 250 iu's twice a week and adex at .25 eod for starters.

    your right, i over read the 200-300 grams part i thought i saw only 200 grams. he weights 220 so hes in the right range. but would need 330 grams per day to hit that 1.5g/1lb body weight
