    New cycle for skinny guy

    This will be the 4th cycle I have done I have been training just over 3 years the first cycles were basic just test e and Anavar and hgh for my first cycle I got really strong and started at 150lbs went up to 170lbs after pct about 165lbsthe second cycle was hgh sustanon 250 and anadrol my diet wasn't on point got back up to 175 and stayed there came off went back down to 165 after pct then the last cycle I did was dbol test 400 hgh and eq I got into trouble with police lost girlfriend stopped working out and wasn't eating or training at all I recently have been going back to the gym and want to bulk up and get to a solid 180lbs I'm done work now and have time to focus on the gym now a lil sketched out about having acne still on shoulders and a lil on chest and back I still have access to whatever but I have t 400 on hand d Bol anadrol and hgh igf1 and ghrp6 I have never used the peptides before just got them for free off a friend need some help guys

    I am 5"8 155lbs 8% body fat

    Yes after 3 cycles I'm basically right back where I started i am ripped up and was a bone wreck before I'm going to start back in the gym and eating more this week

    Do not cycle! What are you thinking! You need to eat mate. Your more then likely only eating at maintaince. If your having 2500 calories for example. Bump it to 3500. You will then grow

    No thats to soon in my opinion, it takes more than 3 months to understand your body and its nutritional needs,

    What I would do.

    Get your macros sorted out and figure out what break down you need to add muscle

    Then stick to that diet for 3 /4 months, when you can commit to your diet fully , that's when you are ready, the reason your not gaining is due to food, and you don't have nutrition down yet in the slightest,

    you can pump yourself with every drug on the planet, without nutrition is all for nothing.

    155? and you want to run AAS. Dude you need to eat you could pack on some serious muscle naturally, steroids won't do anything except put on 10lbs of water then you'll lose it again. Nothing will ever change till you learn to eat.

    What if I run a 6 week short cycle just to get me back up a bit on my weight then take off 3 months and start big cycle in the summer

    You dont eat like a pig at all, I can see it in your results..

    You can cant give me the exact ammount of calories you eat in a day with a macro nutrient break down, you simple arent ready.

    I eat 11 times a day of FOOD. How many meals do you eat?,

    At the end of the day you are simply going todo WHAT ever you want todo, Im telling you with all the evidence you have brought forward in this thread, your just going to deflate right after your cycle with minimal gains.

    This isnt as easy as jabbing yourself with a needle and watching yourself grow, It takes certain steps to make it WORTH your time,

    Do you really want to stick yourself with a needle to look semi decent for 10 weeks?

    I know my answer, I guess your opinion is different..

    That was a rhetorical question, right?

    The only way you are going to get up to 180 and maintain it is to eat like you weight 180lbs. Gear is not going to do you much if any good if your diet is not on track and clearly it isnt. You really should not be doing any gear at all until you are over 180lbs IMO.

    Well it is what it is boys I came in here and got the info I needed which is I need to get my diet right before I start a cycle
