from 277 to 232.5 in 4 months
Back in Black said I should move this post so I am .Well it has been 3 weeks and I have lost 12.5 lbs down 2 232.5. I think I have alot more to loose .I guess 30 lbs would be good . It is funny the more you loose the more you realize how much more you need to loose . The only thing I have done different is 45 min hiit on the treadmill but I am loosing 3.5 to 5 lbs a week.2400 cal a day 1hr to 1.5 workout a day 6 days I am 5 ft 10 in 56 years old. In 4 months or so I have come down from 277 lbs .
I am 2 weeks from my end of my cycle I want to cruz on HRT with some test at 125 2 x a week for 10 weeks and add something else to it not sure what any ideas? I have some Masteron Drostanol Enanthate but my bf is 2 high for that from what I have read. Then I will blast after that . My last cycle was 250 testosteron cypionate 2 x a week and 150 Nandole Decaonate 2 x a week with Ai of arimidex 0.25 dayLast edited by javajim; 06-29-2015 at 06:37 PM.

Good job and keep up the work but dont get crazy on stacking. If you feel your cycle worked why not just stick to it. If you start adding other stuff you risk more chance of side like high E2 or prolactin especially with your higher body fat%.
I know it's hard to wait especially since you are on hrt but Ill bet you would have had a lot better results if you would have waited to get your body fat down more.

I'm not actually sure he is on TRT from his post, particularly as he wants to cruise at 250mg test pw.

I am on HRT but the dr has me on .75 cc 2 x week. I want to cruz at 250 test per week for 12 weeks then would like to blast not sure how much last time I did 500 test a week and 300 Deca per week on a cycle. I dont no if you go that high on a blast as you do on a cycle.

Why would you want to cruz at 250 for 12 weeks and then blast? Just do the blast/cycle for 12 weeks and then back to HRT.

That is why I am here and why I ask ? Thank you for taking the time to get back to me. On the blast would you only use Test cyp or add anything to the blast.

I have gone back to my HRT dose 1 cc test cyp 2 times a week for now . I will get down some lbs and BF then I will see what I want to do next. I do work out 6 days between 1 hr and 1 hr 45 min. I also do Treadmill HIIT 45 min 6 days I hope to get down to around 200 .I am at 231 now and started at 277. Thanks for the help guys info is good it is hard to do it all on your own so any help is good

Good job on the cutting! It was recommended to me to get my BF down to 15% before blasting. I was at ~25% for my first cycle (I had researched compounds pretty well, but not actually cycling/stacking or I would have done several things very differently). Assuming I continue losing only BF, I'm 11 lbs away from 15%. I'll do blood work and, if all's a go, start my next cycle.

I was told I am over 20% bf but that was 10 or so pounds ago. Am I over 20 % now ?. I hope to get to 15 % bf then blast. I am thinking about getting some hgh . Any thoughts on that ?

Good job brother, I know what it's like losing weight. I went from 308lbs in high school to 208lbs in 2 years. It's all about the lifestyle change.

Thanks for all the kind words. I will say that at 56 57 in oct it is a lot harder then it once was.But it is allways worth it.

congratulations on losing the weight! clarify 1cc two times a week HRT dose! what is your test vial say, 200mg/ml or 100mg/ml?
as for losing more fat, i am sure it'll take allot longer to get rid of the rest than you think, sooner or later you will hit a plateau.
BTW, doing too much HIIT cardio may hinder much of your gains, i'd suggest do low intercity cardio only. if you do HIIT then cut it short and do it eod.

that's a high dose for TRT. what does your BW look like, any resent labs based on that dose?

new lab work will be the end of sep. i have a dr app first week of oct. The dr had me at 1 cc 2 x a week last year then webt down to .75 2 x week then to .50 2 x a week. I put it back up to 1 cc 2 x week I feel much better.

correctly if i misread your dosing, if i am reading this correctly you're saying its 250mg/ml on the vial, so 1cc (1cc = 1ml = 250mgs) twice a week is 500mgs based on the numbers you're giving! this is a cycle dose not TRT. when was the last time you donated blood?

Bass so I read the bottles of test cyp that I have been getting from the dr it says 200 and is in a 1 cc bottle. But the test cyp I get that is not from the dr is 250 .
So my dr want me taking 1/2 cc 2 x a week total 200 week. I have been taking 1 cc 2 x a week = 400.
I have never donated blood before.
I need to get my shit together before october that is when I as going to blast for 12 weeks
I will read much much more then I have .Thank you for setting me straight. Any help you might give to me about a possible blast in october would be greatly appreciated.

there is nothing to it when it comes blasting and cruising while being on TRT, you simply increase your dose when you want to blast, then go back to your TRT dose when you're done. as for blood donating i'd highly recommend you do it ASAP, taking these kind of doses all that time i am sure your blood is as thick as oil by now, prolonged thickened blood (high hemoglobin, hematocrit and increased RBCs) is a high risk for sudden death, heart attack or stroke. your doc never mentioned this to you? don't wait for blood work, go donate now.

Polycythemia is what its called. Once you get over ( i think) 54% or so you have to have a Dr order to get blood drawn because blood banks wont take your blood ( not useful at that point).

Gave blood today My goal is to get 2 15% bf I think I might have to get under 200 for that to happen.

My diet right now is 2376 cal. Fat 65 grams Protein 261 grams Carbs 173 grams. I have one cheat meal a week.
I do the treadmill 45 min 5 days 4 min 3.7 mph at a 3% incline 1 min 8 mph at a 3% incline for 45 min.
I also workout 1 hr to 1.5 hr 5 days a week.
Then take a nap ha
