to change or not to change help me plan my 1st!
Test c 250mg/ML X 30Ml
Winstrol oral 100 X 50mg
Dianabol100x20mg 10000iu HcG
Nolva 30 X 20mg
Clomid 30X 50mg
Aromaxyl 30 x 25mg
2ed cycle
Age24
6'1
235lbs
17% bf
The plan
Week 1-12 625mg test c split mon & thurs
Week 1-4 Dianabol 40mg ED ( don't want to get to big)
Week 6-12 winstrol 50mg ed
Week 1-12 Aromaxyl 12mg E3D
Week1-12 Hcg 500 split mon&thurs (use less or add nolva?)
Week 14-18 Clomid 75/50/50/25
Week 14-18 nolva 30/20/20/10
This is all I have won't get anything more so help me do it right I know the clomid and nolva isn't a lot but all I could get

Pct is a must. Get more clomid and nolva

Well lets discuss it because I'm definitely getting mixed signals on my pct I know anything over 100 on Clomid past 7 days yields almost no extra benefits but I don't have enough for 100 so went with 75 had to take from the last week true but I Will use Hcg through the cycle so the recovery should be faster right so that may be ok? Also I'm not using to strong of stuff and winny cuts estrogen a little to right? I feel like it is capable of doing the job since there isn't to strong of steroids in here like teen right? Also the aroma kills estrogen not just holds it back. Also I should have wrote help me plan my 1st planned cycle did 250 test c 10 weeks no pct no sides

Yea, way to much.....
At 24 years old 17 % bf I wouldn't cycle at all. Your still to young. Plus you need to get your diet in check some. Check out that section we have some good guys over there.

Read thread planning my first cycle. And then read it again. It's kinda a bible for beginning Cycles.
I commented on your new member thread. U said that u are just getting Back into lifting and your diet is bad. Get thathe set up first. Well your getting your diet IN check and your training down. Find more clomid and nolva. Won't hurt u. Only help u

Well I posted in the new guy section about my personal info not just the stats might help you get a better picture of me 17% would drop dramatically with out anything pretty soon I'm good 90% knowledge of diets and nutrition along with exercise plans my occupation has just made it pretty difficult but that's all about to change I had a long history of working in a gym and studied to be a trainer/ nutritionists for years almost took the exam for NASH but life had other plans

So yes u have alot of knowledge IN this kinda stuff. There for u should now that u NEED a solid base BEFORE running any cycle.
U have been off for 3 years. That means at this time your not consistent. Build everything u can natty and then jump on the wonderful train of gear.
If u run a. Cycle u risk hurting your self, losing most if not all your gains, and alot of health problems

My diet will be spot on I'm really concerned with should I lower the test? Shorten or lengthen the cycle? Use more or use less win or dbol . If this is all you had would you run it ive read lots of pct for things stronger then this with out hcg be clomid 50/50/50/50 nolva 20/20/20/20 and that be fine or front load

75/50/50/50 clomid. Very smart guys here will actually tell u more.
40/20/20/20 nolva.
Ppl that are much smarter then me at this stuff will comment sooner or later and can help u out.
My suggestion would be read planning get my first cycle and do that cycle exactly. U don't need or want to us dbol or anything else at this time

Ok ill keep that in mind oh ya the start date was jan 15 so 2 more months away so ill probably be in better shape by then just started back running and training can't do much with out a gym but ive fixed the diet a lot. I'm still pretty good shape I think :/ I can do 60 push ups and run a mile in 7min45seconds lol I know its pathetic but hey my improve in just the past week alone has been over 50% in pushups crunches lol increase in endurance but that won't last I know. Before trucking I ran 15miles in 1 go a lot and 2000 push ups easy in a day im sure ill improve a lot by my start date is what im getting at remember im 24

The 24 year old is a whole other issue. A very big issue at that.

HCG is fine, but try to tun it all the way up to 3 days before PCT instead of 2 weeks before PCT, so basicaly run your HCG 13.5wks
no need to run Nolva through the cycle unless you get Gyno, if your AI is ran and you keep an eye on your E2, you should be fine.
First cycle, Test only

Its my 2ed cycle did test before before I ever knew anything about this stuff did 250 c for 10 weeks no pct or anything no sides good results. Thanks tax man will do with the hcg .

Theres too many orals in there as well!
Dianabol 4 weeks, Winstrol 6 weeks. 10 weeks of an oral is tough on the insides. Orals should really be ran longer than 6 weeks (ok you have a 2 week gap but thats not long enough rest for the liver)
Pick 1!
Id pick winstrol over dianabol, just personal preference
