Back in the game after 30 years and need help.

As a 54 y.o. male that last did roids in college football some 33 years ago, I find myself ready to go back into the stuff again. I am 6'3" and 325lbs. I am not fat looking just look big, says the wife. I have a dietician and my goal is to lose 100lbs. I am a big believer in the proper use of roids. I feel I could benefit from the proper use of testosterone , (picked it cause I am familiar with it from college). To help maintain proper mass while losing weight. I am under the care of a dietician that I see regularly. My max calories per day is 2100. I decided to give up meat & only eat fish. So far this has worked well for me. I will use seafood and protein shakes to keep my protein intake at the right level. It's been so long since I last took testosterone I can't recall how many mg per day I should take? In college I took it orally once a day with good results. I will be getting the real deal prescription testosterone and I would like to know what level I should be at to get good muscle mass growth? If I was a 21 yo football player trying to gain weight, what would I take as a comparison.
Thanks for your help. I have a ton of reading to do here cause you guys have so much good info.

Curious if you have had blood work recently? Full BW including a hormone panel, thyroid panel, etc.
