If I were to guess, I'd say somewhere around 5-10 grams a day of AS, gh (that's so evident), slin, etc. And I doubt he goes off for very long, if it all.

Hey Everyone, personally i asked this question because Ronnie said his all 100 % natuaral but every pro bodybuilder I know take roids erven though they got the genes , and when i asked them about Ronnie they said his probably the King of Juice and his a cop... and what is sause?

Offcourse they pay for it! Maybe not giving it to him but giving him money that they now goes to it no doubt, but they dont give a shit. It´s all about making money!

Anyone remember when the Mr O drug tested in the early 90s? They did it for only one year and there was a dramatic reduction in the size and appearence of the competitors. Another example of how much smaller these guys are off cycle was seen when McMahon of the WWF/WWE was being investigated for supplying AS to the wrestlers. They all went off for a couple years and there was a very noticable change. Anyone who believes that Ron Coleman is natural is either extremely naive or stupid. My opinion is he uses huge doses everything including GH, AS, insulin , synthol, etc. and eats massive amounts of protien. If you've ever seen any of these guys train you would know that their routines, intensity, etc. are no different from what most of us do. It all comes down to the willingness to do what is needed to reach that kind of size and taking several years to do it.
