    Dosage Question, does more matter

    I did my first cycle from austin in the sticky section, my question is, would going from 500mg of test E per week to 1000mg of test E make a difference?

    Edit: for some reason i cant post the cycle because its saying its considered spam..
    but my stats are 185 pounds/5'9/14% BF - lifting for 5 years and did a successful first cycle. My second cycle i plan on cutting down to 180pounds/8-10% BF

    Dosage matter to an extent IMO. For a beginner you want to use the smallest effective dose possible. If you had done 2000mgs instead of 250mgs would you have seen more results? Depends on what you consider results. You for sure would have retained more water.

    There comes a point when dosage should increase..... but At the beginner stage..... it's not necessary and not safe.

    You learn as you go along...... and you learn as you keep reading here. Going from 500 to 1000mg is unnecessary. Grow into your dose

    How much did you gain and retain from your first cycle? And no, a gram of test is not necessary. Hell, I've never run a gram of test ever. Never saw the need. Concentrate on nutrition and training moreso than adding more AAS. Virtually everyone has room to improve with with their diet and workouts. It's also discipline over time that will give lasting improvements.

    Some of my best results have come from moderate doses going higher can definitely yield negative side effects. Strangely my very best results came from 500 test e 400 tren e though I have tried more the right approach might in fact be less.

    I want to add Winstrol to the mix since it's going to be a cutting cycle , what dosage do u guys recommend for a 8 week cycle ?

    Different compounds due different things and some work with each other.1st and 2nd cycles test is all you need.Some guys add a oral on 2nd but IMOP you dont need it.They just get into the thinking more is better.Diet is 95% of everything.Without a good diet you are going nowhere.

    It absolutely matters, but there is no reason to increase things so dramatically by doubling dosages for your second cycle. In fact, it might be better to add a second compound. Given your goal of cutting 12 pounds of body fat while adding 8 pounds of muscle weight, I would recommend adding trenbolone . This would help much more than just doubling your testosterone . I will caution you, however, that your goal seems overly ambitious for just one cycle.

    This is a marathon, not a race.

    It is very difficult for most people to add muscle and subtract fat at the same time, especially so dramatically in such a short period of time. It might be better to focus on dropping down to 8% body fat first, then start adding lean muscle.

    Alright I'll take your guyses advice , I'll keep things the same and add another compound for my third cycle . Thanks everyone
