What are the Best masking agents when it comes to diuretics?

In what context? Most diuretics are on WADAs drug list.

If you don't get tested for diuretics, you want to use one that gives hypotonic urine, like the loop diuretics.

A good example of a loop diuretic is furosemide (Diural, Lasix)

40mg furosemide will make u piss every 15minutes when it kicks in,
(Provided u replace the fluid lost with water, take a potassium/Kalium tablet as well to avoid cramps)
and 4 hours later chase it down with another 20mg and lots of fluid, and you're urine will be so clean you could pour it in a jug and use for washing your face.
