    gaining size

How much size and weight should I expect to gain with QV enatat 250...500mg p/w on my first 10 week cycle?? I have been training for several years and eat well, take protein, and work out five days a week.

Anywhere from 10-25 lbs depending on your diet, genetics and training methods. Of course the more these factors are perfected, the better your gains will be.

Switch your workout up if you haven't done so in awhile.

Like what has your workout rountine been for the past 2 months or so? If you've been on the same routine for awhile, and your going to go on a cycle...I'd recomend putting together a new routine.
    That's just my opinion...

Not trying to sound like a dick, but this is not a routine and if this is what you are going to do, then don't bother with the gear. You need to totally revamp your training and also commit to a strict diet & rest schedule.

A basic training week could even be as simple as this:

    Mon- back
    Tues- legs
    Wed- chest
    Thursday- arms
    Fri- shoulders/traps

Can't believe i'm posting on this thread but what the hell, i have to comment on your "simple" routine. Is this your routine? I think you're short changing yourself. Try taking a day or two off in between and try to seperate your upper body workouts a little more. Wed, Thurs and Fri seem a little taxing to me.

My routine fluctuates around revolving work hours/days but I have used this routine with no problems. Sure, legs can be changed with an upper body part to break it up better and I have done just that certain weeks. The point I was trying to make - albeit five years too late - was that the op needed a drastic change in his workout.
